We are looking for a research assistant to join the team of the CHANGE international research project, Responsible for processing requests from potential research participants.
Main duties:
- Processing requests from interested in the study of participants: From the study database, by phone and through chats (Weiber and telegrams), Clearly following the standard operating procedures (Sopam) and instructions
- Participants' record, which can potentially benefit from participation, to monitoring and assessment specialists (M&E) According to the duty schedule; Sending to potential participants of the relevant materials.
- Participants forwarding, which require other services or will not benefit from participating in the study, to other organizations
- Regular reporting in relevant databases on processed requests
- Participation in regular (daily and weekly) communications by e -mail and phone with local project team; attending regular meetings and supervisions
- Regular communication with another study assistant, for the phone, To reconcile changes and transmit the project (Two experts on weeks are expected)
- Ensuring the privacy of customer information, including ensuring the security and confidentiality of research participant databases
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in social sciences or health care or graduate (can be an advantage)
- Stress resistance and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working with people, who have experienced traumatic events (can be an advantage)
- Previous experience working in call centers (can be an advantage)
- Strong communication skills, empathy and non-conflict
- The ability to cooperate with other team members
- Adherence to protocol and research procedures
- Desire to learn, receive feedback and improve skills in all aspects of work
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Free command of Ukrainian
- Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to manage datasets using Microsoft Excel
Working conditions: 50% per month
Number of positions: 2; we consider candidates only from Kyiv.
