Research assistant in the CHANGE research project (a specialist in conducting sessions on enhanced usual care)

We are looking for a research assistant to join the team of the CHANGE international research project, responsible for randomization and delivery of enhanced usual care sessions (EUC) for research participants.

Main duties:  

  • Conduct randomization of study participants and conduct enhanced usual care sessions in accordance with the study protocol and standard operating procedures (SOPs) 
  • Participation in regular (daily and weekly) communication with the local project team; attending regular meetings and supervisions
  • Regular communication with Monitoring and Evaluation specialists (M&E) regarding the planning and delivery of randomization and enhanced usual care sessions for study participants
  • Regular communication with clinical specialists of the project to link/assign new clients according to the capabilities of clients and clinical specialists; sending letters about the appointed customers
  • Ensuring confidentiality of customer information, including ensuring the privacy

Candidate requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of social sciences or health care (preferably) 
  • Previous experience in the field of PSPSP (preferably) 
  • Experience working with clients, which have been exposed to traumatic and stressful events and/or abuse alcohol (preferably)  
  • The ability to clearly follow research protocols and procedures without deviations
  • Strong skills of interpersonal association
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to cooperate with other team members
  • Reliability and initiative
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Free command of Ukrainian

Working conditions: Employment is close 50 hours per month (including administrative work).

Number of positions: 2; Kyiv is desirable, But remote work from other regions of Ukraine is possible
