RESEARCH / AREAS OF INTEREST
Tatyana works with the consequences of an abusive relationship: the return of a sense of dignity, forming healthy boundaries and restoring self-esteem.
THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
Tatyana is convinced, that therapy is a safe space, in which a person can gradually regain contact with himself. At the center of her work is a careful attitude to the client's inner world, respect for his pace and willingness to touch on difficult topics.
The first principle — creating a stable support.
When a person has experienced a traumatic experience, abusive relationships or prolonged stress, she needs to feel safe and supported first. Deeper changes are possible only from this place.
The second principle — restoration of dignity and self-worth.
Therapy helps you see your strengths, to realize one's own limits, to learn to distinguish between responsibility for oneself and for others. It is a process of reclaiming the right to be yourself — without shame, fear or constant guilt.
The third principle — formation of mature emotionality and healthy intimacy skills.
Awareness of your feelings, needs and ways of their expression creates a basis for building partnership relations, who have respect, trust and reciprocity.
Tatiana believes, that changes do not occur due to pressure, but through awareness, support and small successive steps. Recovery is the way, and everyone has the right to go through it at their own pace, gradually regaining strength and inner integrity.
