We are looking for a financial analyst in the team for a project in the field of mental health care.

Main duties:
– General administrative support of the project
– Close cooperation with donors/grantors to finalize project budgets and contracts
– Development of project budgets
– Budget control and distribution of received funds in accordance with the articles of the budget
– Daily cost monitoring and data analysis from the technical platform
– Preparation of financial forecasts, including analyzing risk areas and providing recommendations on changes in operations for effective financial management
– Preparation and submission of financial and administrative reporting to the financial and administrative departments
– Auditing of the project/organization
– Management of employee/contractor contracts, involved in the project.

– Higher Education (preferably economics, finances, statistics or information technology);
– work experience in a similar position from 5 years
– experience of cooperation with international projects and donors
– experience working with large volumes of information and large teams
– analytical mindset and attention to detail and accuracy of calculations
– an experienced user of Microsoft Office, Excel
– knowledge of the English language is not lower than Intermediate

Working conditions:
– underemployment (75%)
– preferably Kyiv, but we can consider a candidate from another region
– mostly remote work with the occasional need to come to the office
