The training for regional trainers "Crisis management in communities" was held.

Representatives of the health care system took part in the training, education, departments of civil protection, centers of social services, local self-government bodies, regional mental health program coordinators “How are you?”, social workers, coaches, scientists.

Trainers will disseminate emergency response knowledge at the community level: activation of community resources, preparedness for crises, crisis leadership, communication, team interaction, psychological safety. During the summer, trainers will receive supervision and conduct two-day trainings on crisis management in their areas.

The program for training regional trainers in crisis management is implemented within the project “Interdepartmental cooperation in the health sector/ UKR2303 Institutional Cooperation in the Health Sector” in cooperation with the Norwegian Regional Center for Combating Violence, trauma and suicide (RVTS East), Center of Mental Health of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Schools of social work of NaUKMA and NGOs “Words help” with the financial support of the Government of the Kingdom of Norway.
