Telephone operator – vacancy

We are looking for a team
Telephone operator

in the project in the field of mental health care

Main duties:

ensuring the operation of the project phone during working hours (Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 18:00)

reception and processing of requests from customers, which come over the phone, chat rooms (Viber/telegram), through social media (Facebook) and to the post office;

carrying out initial checks of new requests and checks for customers on the waiting list in accordance with agreed procedures;

regular updating and input of information to the technical platform of the project; entering information about new requests and comments after checking requests;

regular communication with the clinical team regarding the details of requests, urgent referrals and requests with security risks;

maintaining and regularly updating a referral database to refer clients with other needs to other appropriate organizations.

Candidate requirements:

Higher Education (preferably psychology)
work experience in public organizations (will be an advantage)
work experience in a similar position or on a hotline (will be an advantage)
understanding the field of mental health care
fast internet
stress resistance and the ability to quickly adapt
strong decision-making skills
excellent communication skills
non-conflict and empathy
fluency in the Ukrainian language

Working conditions:
full time employment (100%)
we consider candidates only from Kyiv
remote work with the occasional need to come to the office
