Change program manual Teaches an approach to individual psychological assistance to adults, that have problems, related to alcohol consumption, and experience psychological stress. It is created to support people in communities, living in difficult conditions.
About the Change approach
This program is an adaptation of the approach “Problem Management Plus” (UP+), developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). A manual created by a research consortium CHANGE Especially for research in Ukraine.
