We are looking for a team
Project Manager
in the project in the field of mental health care

Main duties:

general coordination of project activities,
coordination and supervision of the team;
assignment of tasks and control of task execution by the project team;
supervision of the local M&E system and processes;
facilitating the organization/holding of joint meetings of the project team, meetings with partner organizations;
preparation of project reports for the donor;
regular reporting on project activities and updates to MHPSS partners in Ukraine.

work experience in mental health projects
work experience as a project manager 4-5 years
experience of cooperation with international projects and donors- must have
experience managing large teams
understanding the field of mental health care
stress resistance and the ability to quickly adapt
strong decision-making skills
good communication skills

Working conditions:
underemployment (80%)
preferably Kyiv, but we can consider a candidate from another region
mostly remote work with the occasional need to come to the office
