We are looking for a team

Two recruiters in Kyiv and Dnipro for part-time employment

to the CHANGE research project in Ukraine

Basic duties’joints:

• Find potential research participants in Kyiv and Dnipro in accordance with the specified participation criteria
• Establish contact with potential participants, inform about the details of the research project, motivate participation and redirect interested participants to the project representative
• Execute the agreed engagement plan in compliance with the time frame to achieve the project indicators

Candidate requirements:

• education at the bachelor's level (an added benefit)
• excellent communication skills
• the ability to easily establish contact with people (especially with those, which are in a state of stress)
• non-conflict and empathy
• proactiveness
• fluency in the Ukrainian language
• work experience in public organizations, social services or humanitarian organizations (will be an advantage)
• work experience in a similar position (will be an advantage)

Working conditions:

Part-time employment

Number of positions: 2, we consider candidates only from. Kyiv and. Dnipro

The work format is flexible
