Duration of individual counseling: from 5 to 12 weeks.
CETA is the only study of the effectiveness of psychotherapy in Ukraine, that meets international standards.
The study included 302 man. In the beginning, everyone's symptoms were the same: 99% had symptoms of PTSD, 90% - depression, close 20% - anxiety.
With 246 clients immediately worked on the CETA program, and the rest went through the program on 6 months later. This was done deliberately, to understand the positive result the program gave, whether the condition of veterans has improved for other reasons.
One month after the end of the program for the control group, the symptoms of depression decreased somewhat by themselves. But for customers, who were in the short and standard CETA program the symptoms decreased by 50%. We continued to interview people every month for six months - their condition after improvement remained unchanged. The same situation is observed for clients with PTSD and anxiety. Therefore, we can now recommend the program for implementation at the state level.
