We are looking for a CRM developer to join the team

Basic duties:

1-th stage. Creation of CRM and ERP project structure based on the cloud version of Dynamics 365 and using Power Apps, including. performing the following tasks:

Study of technical requirements and business processes of the organization in the field of psychotherapy;
Active participation in discussions on specifying requirements for the system architecture and system modules;
CRM and ERP system design;
Preparation of software modules, customization of the MS Dynamics environment 365, development of solutions using Power Apps, incl.. the following components:

creating a customer database structure, which satisfies the requirements and business processes at different stages;

Development of an algorithm for redirecting customers, with variable statuses in progress, with the appointment of responsible users, with automatic sending of messages, etc.
development of public web forms, automatic integration of collected data from forms into the client database;
creating a system for entering various types of data obtained during personal meetings with clients, taking into account the specifics of the field of psychology;
development of a data collection system for assessing the psychological state of clients, creation of a flexible system of assessment templates, with options to activate templates for projects, with the possibility of further analysis of the received evaluation data;
creation of the database structure of the organization's employees;

development of a calendar system with an overview of the employment of the organization's employees, their participation in projects, with the possibility of reserving their working hours, etc;
Development of a system for recording the time spent by employees of the organization for various types of activity and projects, with calculation of salary/expenses for the month, the possibility of visualization, data analytics and budget forecasting;
customizing dashboards for various review tasks;
setting up a hierarchical data access system for different roles of the organization's employees;

2-th stage. Migration of the existing accumulated data of the organization from the Monday platform to the MS Dynamics platform 365, including. performing the following tasks:

Acquaintance with the project documentation and with the database of projects in “Monday”;
Preparation of current project data for migration from the platform “Monday”;
Performing data migration from the platform “Monday” in the structure created at the first stage in MS Dynamics 365;

Best wishes to the candidate:

Experience building integrations with various CRM and ERP systems;
Knowledge of the architecture and standard modules of the cloud version of MS Dynamics 365 (Sales);
Customization experience, configuration and customization of MS Dynamics CRM 365 Cloud
Experience in developing Power App solutions, custom workflow activities

Experience setting up the automation of information systems for internal processes of the organization;
Higher technical education;
English and Ukrainian at the level of reading technical documentation and written communications
Analytical mindset, flexibility of thinking at work, communication, responsibility, attentiveness, focus on the result.
Understanding of business processes in the field of psychology will be an advantage;
