Public organization "Words help" (02000, m. Kyiv, St. Dmytro Godzenko, was. 2/4, 3and floor) within the framework of the project "Improving the mental health of Ukrainians, who suffered because of the war, by continuing the implementation of the SETA system", invites companies to submit their applications for participation in tender No. 015/2024-Pt for services for the development and launch of a one-page website for the purpose of implementing psychosocial services of the SETA approach.
Basic requirements:
- Proven experience in providing services.
- Mandatory registration by a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.
- Availability of relevant KVEDs.
- Terms of payment: 50% (fifty percent) prepayment of the cost of services and 50 % (fifty percent) postpaid
Documents, submitted by the tenderer:
- A copy of the document, confirming state registration.
- A copy of the document, which confirms the tax status.
- Tender form, filled Table 1 (see. addition 2).
- Commercial offer, filled Table 2 (see. addition 3).
