Public organization "Words help" (02000, m. Kyiv, St. Dmytro Godzenko, was. 2/4, 3and floor) within the framework of the implementation of the project "Alcohol consumption in conditions of a humanitarian crisis: action program for overcoming disorders, caused by alcohol consumption and other related challenges among the population, which suffered as a result of the conflict in Uganda and Ukraine (CHANGE)» CHANGE, invites companies to participate in tender No. 014/2024-С and submit their commercial proposals for the purchase of IT equipment (equipment, materials and accessories).
CHANGE is an international research project, which is implemented in Ukraine by experts of the Mental Health Center of the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy", NGO "Words help" in cooperation with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. A team of researchers and specialists has developed and is testing a new program of psychological assistance, which is designed to reduce alcohol abuse and improve the emotional state of men, who are stressed because of the war.
Research is underway, to find out, how efficient and economically feasible the new program is, as well as to study the implementation process and identify mechanisms, that facilitate or hinder acceptance of the CHANGE intervention among counselors and program participants.
Basic requirements:
1. Proven experience in providing services.
2. Mandatory registration by a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.
3. Availability of relevant KVEDs.
4. Terms of payment: 50% (fifty percent) prepayment of the cost of services and 50 % (fifty percent) postpaid.
5. The NGO is not a VAT payer, тому пропозиція не може включати ПДВ.
