Looking for the team of the International Research Project Change Fasilitators, who will hold sessions for participants in the study according to the Change methodology.
ABOUTBinding:
- Conduct weekly Change sessions with 2-5 customers per week during the length of the main randomized controlled study (Approximately since August 2024 On October 2025 p); The duration of the session 60-90 min. In online format or by phone from the territory of Ukraine;
- Attend weekly group supervision (1 Once a week to 2 hours, Online), as well as planned training, events, meetings;
- Follow the protocol of the study clearly, adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instructions; follow the safety procedure when providing services to clients of research and, for the need, Contact with the supervisor or relevant services in accordance with the protocol requirements;
- Data fixing and reporting: submit reports for each session in a special database in order to track the implementation of the program; update relevant databases and folders;
- At will, in addition to clinical work, attract potential participants to participate in the program (recruiting).
Loading and payment: from 7 to 14 hours per week, which includes clinical work, attending supervisions and reporting. CHANGE facilitators will be paid for each session held.
Training dates: with 20 "Establishing psychosocial support and ensuring mental health in Ukraine" 26 May 2024 year (including); the format of the event is face-to-face in Kyiv. The project provides compensation for travel expenses, accommodation and food. Logistical details will be communicated after interviewing candidates.
Work experience is required:
- Experience working with men is desirable, who are veterans, IDPs and other population groups, affected by war;
- Willingness and willingness to learn new counseling methods and strictly adhere to the intervention protocol;
- Willingness and willingness to integrate the CHANGE program into the work of your organization and actively use the program in your communities after the completion of the project.
Who can apply?: specialists, who have previous work experience in the social sphere or in the field of humanitarian response (welcome); psychological and psychotherapeutic education is not decisive; motivated to further integrate the new program into their work in communities.
