Non-governmental organization "Words help" within the framework of the joint project "Strengthening resilience and improving the mental health of children in the territories, that were most affected by hostilities in Ukraine" with the Representation of the foreign non-governmental organization Plan International, Inc, which is funded by Radiohjälpen/Swedish Broadcast Foundation (Swedish Broadcasting Foundation), invites companies to submit their applications for participation in tender No. 012/2024-Pn (№ RFQ-WH-012-2024) for services for the development and launch of the website of the "Safe Space" program for the dissemination of information and the implementation of psychosocial services.

The main goal of this project – provide for girls, to boys, teenagers, teachers (and, his work needs to be systematic, The publication is addressed to teachers) from schools affected by the war, including from IDPs and host communities, access to integrated school psychologists and inclusive mental health and psychosocial care services, which will improve their health and increase their vitality, and also prevent negative coping mechanisms. This goal is achieved by supporting the school staff, In particular, school psychologists, in the treatment/redirection of students, which have signs of post -traumatic stress disorder, severe psychological disorder of post -traumatic stress disorder, severe psychological consequences of conflict or generally need psychosocial and psychosocial and psychiatric care.

The project is focused on the implementation of the Safe Space Program , with a special emphasis on increasing the vitality of children and adolescents and mitigating the effects of stress, caused by traumatic events.

Basic requirements:

1. Proven experience in providing services.

2. Mandatory registration by a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

3. Availability of relevant KVEDs.

4. Terms of payment: 50% (fifty percent) prepayment of the cost of services and 50 % (fifty percent) postpaid.

5. The NGO is not a VAT payer, so the proposal cannot include VAT.
